JOB SUMMARY

As part of the Corporate Human Resources (HR) team, you will act as an important enabler in helping the Company achieve its mission and vision. You will be responsible for the full suite of HR functions in the Company. In addition, you will take the lead in Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition and implementation of Competency Based Human Resource Management, you should be competent and comfortable to engage the business units and work with the Management team to understand the concerns and needs before providing sound HR advice and recommendations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment (from placement of career advertisements to conducting interviews, selections, inductions, training etc.)
  • Partner with Business units as HRBP to support full spectrum of HR functions with focus on Human Resource Development
  • Manage and improve on Learning and Development Framework (processes, system, and data) to ensure that it meet organisational learning objectives.
  • Manage Talent Acquisition and build external and internal recruitment channels to meet recruitment needs.
  • Implement Competency Based Human Resource Management
  • Environment scans of HR grants, put forth recommendation to Management and follow-up on applications if required.
  • Manage external service providers for outsourced functions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, a specialisation in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with 2 years in L&D and competency based HR
  • Friendly and approachable with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiar with Singapore’s Employment & Industrial Laws and best practices
  • Meticulous and able to maintain strict confidentiality of information.
  • Independent and self-driven with high level of initiative to deliver KPIs
  • Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in spoken English and Chinese (in order to conduct interviews for English and Mandarin speaking roles)ACTA/ACLP will be an added advantage.

A savvy problem-solver with solid IT and web programming skills, you will provide critical day-to-day technical support for the applications that power our online survey platform.  This includes being the primary web admin for our community portal, HappyDot.sg (www.happydot.sg), ensuring the site is kept up-to-date, smooth and responsive.  You will also work closely with a cross-disciplinary team of operations, research and marketing experts to understand business needs and implement ongoing technical improvements to the platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform web administrator duties for our user portal, including site programming/maintenance, updating of content, review SEO and monitoring of traffic/site statistics
  • Work with system vendor to troubleshoot issues, ensuring minimal downtime and service recovery
  • Ensure applications and data are kept confidential, protected and secured
  • Provide ongoing technical and operational service support for our online survey platform and related applications (basic training will be provided)

Operations and System Support Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR OPERATIONS AND SYSTEM SUPPORT ENGINEER

Working closely with the Panel Development team, you will provide ongoing technical & operational support for our online survey platform and related applications.  This includes maintaining system integrity, assisting with administration, logistics, verification and resolving queries from the panellists.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical:

  • Oversee and maintain the panel management system
  • Maintain panellist confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
  • Manage simple content updates / maintenance on panellist website (training will be provided)
  • Work closely with other teams and vendors to explore and develop new technical capabilities

Operations:

  • Verify respondent details and support other administrative tasks related to member information and services
  • Work with team to resolve queries from panellists regarding their participation and the redemption of incentives
  • Assist the panel team with information gathering, sourcing of suppliers and quotations related to panel operations
  • Contribute to team effort by assisting with special projects when required

REQUIREMENTS

Executive (Quantitative Research)

JOB SUMMARY

As a part of the quantitative research team, you will manage and execute client-focused research projects from end to end. You should have strong quantitative skills and excellent interpersonal skills as well as the confidence to deal with a variety of different stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You must have relevant experience associated with the following tasks, which will form the key responsibilities for the role:

  • Design and plan research projects following client briefing and needs
  • Perform scripting of questionnaires and understand questionnaire logic
  • Design Sampling requirements
  • Execute blasting of surveys to online respondents based on sample requirements and response rates
  • Monitor quantitative fieldwork and adhering to project schedules/ deadlines
  • Perform coding of open-ended (free text response) answers where required
  • Set up SPSS reports for clients
  • Analyse and interpret data collected
  • Create highly actionable and digestible reports in PowerPoint
  • Present results of study to external clients
  • Handle complex client queries or complaints
  • Handle ad hoc research tasks such as checking scripted survey links, checking quant data tables, checking reports, writing tab specs
  • Handle administrative aspects related to project execution, including management of client/ vendor contracts and payment processes

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (mathematical or science fields preferred)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with senior leadership and key business stakeholders to develop and implement a holistic, impactful marketing and corporate communications strategy targeting internal and external stakeholders.

Field Interviewer (Freelance)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for collecting data by conducting structured face-to-face surveys using tablets or pen and paper
  • In-charge of the recruitment of respondent on the ground for research studies

  • A 5-day work week, including weekends.

Research Interviewer (Full-Time / Part-Time)

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR RESEARCH INTERVIEWER (FULL-TIME / PART-TIME)

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Research Interviewer is responsible for collecting data by conducting structured surveys over the telephone or in person and entering the responses into computer systems or mobile devices. No marketing or selling is involved. The full-time research interviewers will be required to work between 12.30pm to 9.30pm, Monday to Friday with a 1 hour meal break. The part-time research interviewers will be required to work on a four-hours shift between 12.30pm to 4.30pm or 5.30pm to 9.30pm, Monday to Friday.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels
  • Competent in English and one or more of the following languages – Chinese, Malay & Tamil
  • Strong telephone skills and excellent telephone demeanor; prior call center or telephone interviewing experience preferred
